"The opportunity to advance."

What don't you like about working at City of Los Angeles?

"They base all promotions through education. I think education should be a big role in what they do, but I also believe experience in an industry is a 100 times better than what you can learn in a book."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Base promotions off seniority and work ethic as opposed to someone who just graduated from DeVry."
