"I worked at Group Health for over four years. I found it to be a dysfunctional organization in a dysfunctional industry (healthcare), which is led by people not sufficiently skilled to be in management. Additionally, there are very few opportunities for advancement due to constant layoffs and reorganization. I regret I did not leave sooner."
