"I have worked at Grindr for the past year and I have to say it is the best company that I have ever worked for. They offer great pay, perks, and benefits. The remote first culture has allowed me to relocate to be closer to family. Yet, unlike most remote first cultures, Grindr really understands how to help people feel welcomed without ever stepping foot in the office. The people who work here really care about the work that they are doing and the people that they do it with. I love that I can work at a company and still feel like I am making an impact on an underserved community. Grindr has had a bad rep in the past, but they are truly making strides to make the app welcoming and safe for users. It is incredible to see and be a part of that."
