Griff's Hamburgers Employee

"You have to work 24/7. They kill you. Your schedule will be from 55 to 60 hours a week and you have to work your day off. Only 1 day off. They call you anytime. The alarm company will call at 2 or 3 am and you have to go and see if everything is ok and comeback for your regular shift at 8 am. your regional manager always has something to do like a car appointment or wife appointment, and you have to cover them. You have to drive to other griffs restaurants and they don't pay you for miles. Your district manager takes all the money."
