What do you like about working at GRID20/20?

"As a start-up company, we had the freedom to set our own goals, objectives, and road maps to achieve them. Our technology received broad interest from many groups. We were able to accomplish significant results with very few resources. And I enjoyed learning about company ownership, building a company, seeking investments, and driving towards the results that were needed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company has been merged into another company and no longer exists as a separate entity."

What don't you like about working at GRID20/20?

"We were underfunded and weren't able to receive the compensation for our work that we deserved. Also, a partner company was trying to take advantage of us because of our relative smaller size compared to them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"to seek funding in advance of trying to launch the company. Also to not be greedy when funding opportunities come along. It is better to own 40 or 50% of something then 80% of nothing."
