"It's not software engineering! Besides that, I just wish they would invest more in theater renovations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well, in terms of upper management, they need to focus some of the budget on theater upgrades and renovations. Otherwise, they do a great job communicating and setting goals for the company."
