What don't you like about working at Gresham Savage Nolan & Tilden?

"The staff is a bunch of backstabbers. They are very clicquish and it is hard to get accepted there. When I left I was told that all the information they gave prospective employers were the dates that you worked there and your salary. I later found out confidentially that someone from there told them that I was not welcome back there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give the staff bonuses. They work too hard to ignore them. Their staff needs to keep their mouth shut in case they answer a phone call from a prospective employer. They could get sued for that."
