"I've worked there since 2014. Interesting R&D projects, nice staff and a perfect location to do R&D. Lots of talented people. Great opportunities ahead. However, the R part in R&D is bigger than the D part. So if you want to be more than a researcher, this might not be the place for you (at least not in the long term). But a great place to start your career !"
