"Get a full understanding of what you'll be doing before you commit (e.g., you will be on the phone A LOT). Understand that it may seem like your job is to help people, but really, your job is to meet enrollment and retention goals."

"High turnover. Overall, I did not feel that upper management truly cared about their employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest in your employees and get to know them. Be available and willing to provide the resources they need to be successful. When managing employees, attempt to put yourself in their shoes."

"I liked the interaction between myself and my clients. I like dealing with people. I also liked the work environment that was present there. We weren't micro-managed, and generally felt respected while I worked there."

"Be ready and willing to work hard and learn as much as you can along the way."

What don't you like about working at Greenwood & Hall?

"Towards the end of my time there, I felt that because they weren't hitting certain quotas, they started to come down on the employees a bit harder than when I first started there. Other than that, I didn't have any problems with Greenwood & Hall."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At the time I started, they were still quite new, and still trying to find their rythm; because of this, management seemed a scattered at times."
