"There are many CRM's, but certainly there is only one that thinks of the customer experience in the platform first, before monetary value. GreenRope CRM is a one stop shop for all aspects of business and customer relationship management and has all features included, at a phenomenal price! I have been working for this company for 5+ years, and I have been coached by excellent leaders, who have clear intentions to be a part of companies growth, from small business to enterprise. The diversity of customers is exciting, and the team effort to be the best solution is admirable. There are many pros to being part of this team including the colleagues, work from home (or anywhere in the world), and being part of something bigger, with a fantastic tool set of features. There are cons, as the platform is robust and not industry focused, the planning and execution from sign up to get to a comfortable position that all features are mapped out can be overwhelming for individuals or companies especially not experienced with CRM's. The plus side is there is excellent support, training, resources, learning modules that is offered. As an employee you will have challenges that require full attention, from UX issues, cancellations, employees wearing many hats (sometimes too many hats), If you are able to organize your day and learn the platform, you can do well! If you are not good with change, you may do poorly. Best of luck to you!"
