"Be genuine in your desire to serve others besides yourself. If you just want a job, go somewhere else. But if you want to be part of a place where you have an opportunity to make a contribution and have it count, then definitely consider GNCU."

"I would love for us to be able to share what we have with even more people, including those in some areas beyond the borders of Nevada."

"Continue to look for ways to truly engage employees, and help them feel valued and wanted. While there are definitely some things in place that encourage people, there can definitely be more."
