"I’ve worked with Greater Heights for the past year and a half. This ministry is one who knows culture and how to display that culture in all that they do. As a director of operations my job was to recruit and train members to work in the ministry and teach them how to exemplify the values and culture of the church in all that they do. We have about 10 employees and numerous number of volunteers, with a church consisting of about 200 members strong and growing."
