"The IRAS is poorly managed and beset by major growing pains. The current asst. manager does not fully understand the position of the specialist. The current IRAS representatives are not emotionally balanced. The salary is low with mediocre benefits. The work location is not convenient unless you live in the SE area of the metroplex. The job is not worth the drive."
