"Make sure that travel is okay with you. There is no end time you clock out. It could be 6 it could be midnight."

"The team in charge of booking our hotels, and flights, did not do a fabulous job. Towards the end there was to much micromanagement going on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have incentives. Bonuses and contests allow your employees to compete in a healthy way. Complacency is unacceptable to me."
