"Don't even apply for a position with this company unless you like working for low wages and like being used and disrespected."
What don't you like about working at Graymark Healthcare?
"Lack of communication from the corporate office. Paperwork changes that we don't even know about until patient arrives at the lab with the changed paperwork. General tone of disrespect in communications from corporate office. Whereas employees are expected to wear kid gloves in our correspondence with the corporate office."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communication! Stop trying to keep employees in the dark about everything. Include employees in decision making. Employee appreciation."

"The job is the same as most in the DME industry."

"If you see a job opening for Graymark, don't apply!"
What don't you like about working at Graymark Healthcare?
"Mgmt complains about low cash flow, but no recognition when cash is brought in. Complaints about cash flow, but we write off more equipment because of bad intake procedures, no communication from mgmt unless it's bad news, then held accountable for processes that were not clearly communicated"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More hands on with employees, daily huddles with staff, always put it in writing, avoids confusion and everyone knows what expectations are"
