"I would say be friendly , honest and open, tell about your strength and weaknesses and that whatever task is in front of you, you can do it!"

"As a contract designer, my time there was temporary, the fact I didn't have long to work there was the only downside"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, they where great at supporting the design staff, the only I would suggest is that they hire for permanent positions"
