"I like the variety of graphic projects because it was a college setting. Different Departments needed different designs."

"My suggestion for management is to make sure that employee get the proper equipment for the job."

"I only liked the fact that I was getting paid"

"Find another company unless you like working for less than the national average salary for thankless blowhards."

"Everything there sucked. Disorganized good old boy system. No inspiration at all. I felt worthless and beaten down."

"I'd allow my artists and employees the freedom to do their jobs. I'd make them feel valuable"

"I can't speak for the rest of the company but the Marketing Department is highly unorganized and segmented."

"For the most part the people there are a great bunch."

"The work a lot of times turns good people into questionable colleagues. The new VPs hired during the first quarter are still not working as a team."
