"Working for GP seems OK at first, but over time, the lack of opportunity for growth and hypocrisy what GP says it stands for values wise, and what it does, makes working there a maddening experience. Morale has plummeted and shows no sign of improving. Employees are nervous about the company's future and there is no reassurance to be found. Management doesn't treat employees with concern or sincerity. The owner is erratic, insincere, and damaging to the company as a whole. Bottom line, if you decide to work at GP, have an exit plan. This isn't a place to dedicate a lot of time or energy to. You'll receive no reward."

I was moved to a CSR position from the IT department, with the promise of going back to the original position if things didn't work out.
