"It’s a good place to work"
"Great place to start your career."
"Good company to work for."
"I've worked for Graphic Packaging for 5 years. The overall work enviornment is very challenging with long hours but the ability to move up is there. Overall compensation is also very fair."
"Very interesting company with a truly global footprint."
"It's cleaner than most, air can be dusty, the starting wage is better than most however The company doesn't care about you at all. You are a tool to push paper out the door, which is your job, I understand, but it's one man out for himself in there. The monthly meetings they've been doing are repetitive number data and always saying more, more, and never leave time for questions or ask employees anything. All in all it's not a bad place to work. There's a few good people in there but new management is ruthless."
"The worst company I ever worked for, they don't care about their employees, they lie, they don't pay what is owed after being wrongfully terminated. Women are being sexually harassed by coworkers. Some are too fearful to report incidents out of fear of being fired because of favoritism of the perpetrator. They hire illegals to fire them until they receive their green card, then decide to rehire."
"I have worked for the company for several years. Opportunity to move up is available but you must work hard to achieve it."
"I have worked for Graphic Packaging for over 10 years. In recent times I have found changes in the supply chain arena to be less employee focused and directed to reducing spend at all cost. The corporate culture does not tend to lead to a long term commitment and the senior management team does not practice what they teach."
