"I hate to say that the time at Graphic Innovations was not pleasurable. This is not to bad mouth any of the staff or management. But the company is destined to fail due to lack of leadership."

"I recommend to keep looking because this job will not last and there is no place for growth."

What don't you like about working at Graphic Innovations?

"Over expectation of time to work. No time off and no benefits. Management that comes in at 10 and leaves at 3 when the rest of the employees are working from 7am to 7 pm."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Read some basic management books and rethink why you have had had six people in one position within a 3 year time period. Treat others the way that you would like to be treated."

"Be yourself and know that there is a reason that 7 people have worked in the position within 3 years. It is a hard place to work."

"No vacation, no retirement and you never have control of your own job due to management (or lack of management)"

"Let the employees do their jobs and trust the employees. The job will run smoother."
