"I did like the fact that you were allowed to take certain workshops to help improve your work skills or lack there of."

"Interview somewhere else!"

What don't you like about working at University of Chicago?

"The salary, the management-expecially those who came after you and were promoted to be your manager when you knew more than them. In addition to being told that if I wanted a higher salary, I would have to get my masters degree when no one in my office had theirs, let alone an associates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to recognize your employees that are exceeding above and beyond their work goals. Listen to them and really try to resolve any situations before jumping to conclusions."
