What do you like about working at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital?
"Although large, a true family atmosphere. Excellent colleagues, leadership, transparency internally and externally, learned a great deal about health and healtcare in the US and saw first hand the good the organization does across the country."

"RWJF looks not only at skills but at compatibility regarding strong work ethic, knowledge of the field, flexibility, team players, and all traits that has enabled them to be a leader in the field."
What don't you like about working at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital?
"Based on the economic situation and the loss of assets, I will be leaving. There is nothing I do not like about RWJF."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep doing what they are doing. Reduction in staff is necessary at this time to bring the administrative budget in line with current asset base. Taking these steps will allow RWJF to continue to do good work and give them the opportunity to increase their current asset base."

"There was no opportunity for advancement in to the program areas as a grant maker, a bit too difficult to re-invent my skills and talent."
