"Here is a good example I lack of management in the right fashion. Decisions are made at a knee-jerk reactionary fashion. Only advise or council is when it is too late and a situation is bad. Owners are flaky at best and have only themselves to keep happy. Sorry I see this place go down hill and I have heard that it will be out of business soon due to losing major client"
