"I've worked here for 3 years. The company is definitely in an interesting period for growth and changes. The company today is somewhat different from 3 years ago. The company is aiming to grow rapidly, and that shows in management style and communication within the organization. Like any of major accounting firms, the company has high employee turnover rate. All the interesting and fun people leave early in their career leaving not so exiting partners and senior management."

"So much bureaucracy, overall - I felt that there was no training beyond basic associate/intern level. Weak leadership as they are uninvolved in client products and employee development."
