"I worked at Granite for the past two years. The company has a lot of great people working at it. But I would categorize it as a chop shop. It is nice to get experience but pay isn't that good and it is not easy to rise up fast. You will meet great supervisors. CEO is a nice guy, a lot of raising money for charities. Free intramural sports leagues. An okay job but cheap in paying employees."
"I would not recommend this company to anyone. They don't appreciate their employees and don't care to replace you at anytime. You leave your job every day worried that you might not have a job the next day. The owner of the company is clueless on how things are being managed in the company and they do not appreciate great employees."
"There is nowhere to move up. You begin with a salary and there is no way for you to get a raise unless management likes you. They don't care how much you work. If you are salary they request for you to stay overtime (with no pay) and the CEO is always near the stairs at 5:00 PM to see who is leaving early and who is not. If you stay late at any point, you cannot leave early ever! This is like going back to school. This company is not professional at all."
