"Most of the people in the company are fantastic. However, there tends to be a culture of everyone out for their own gain as opposed to everyone working for a common goal. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard coworkers trashing other coworkers behind their back, only to talk positively about them to their face. Not to mention their main source of income as a company comes from the Alberta Tar Sands which is a huge environmental disaster. Since the tar sands are slowing down new construction Grahams income is also slowing."
