"I love the fact I get to help others develop themselves. Interacting with people of various cultures and background is definitely not easy but so far it's been interesting. I have experienced that being able to connect with various individuals has made me a better marketer, in the sense that I'm able to share my views in a very constructive way. There's really nothing to hate."

"There is no built in mentor ship after the first semester."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more full-time teachers and pay them better, and involve them in budget discussions."

"There is no interview. You just have to be admitted in a graduate school. You have to have enough scores in a ETS tests and you have to show that you are capable to do physics."

"The grading is not very much exciting thing to do."

"Graduate students have too much grading. They could have more graders."

"It is a good position to work if you are the student there. You may learn and earn at the same time."

"Good grades are definitely needed. If you have related skills, you don't need to complete the class in order to be the TA of that class."

"The work usually has too few challenges. You must find your passion in some related area to improve yourself."

"The school is not paying a lot attention to the software engineering part."

"Great training and references. I learned a lot. Faculty are very supportive and willing to help."

"Make sure you keep up on your own classwork. Also, try to avoid drinking or partying with the group as many people have embarassed themselves out of jobs."

What don't you like about working at Missouri State University?

"The pay is very low and if you aren't a creative writing or literature major you are sort of alienated. Somewhat unprofessional working environment and technology only works half the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay at least 2-3 thousand dollars per year and have more clear requirements listed for the graduate students. Have workshops and meetings about how graduate students treat others in the department."
