GovSpend Employee

"I worked for GovSpend for just over a year before my position was eliminated during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Like many organizations, it has its positive and negative qualities. The environment is incredibly laid-back and I felt very comfortable with my co-workers and superiors. I felt that my ideas were heard and appreciated, as were my skills. However, the company is also under constant restructuring and I watched THREE large layoff waves before ultimately being laid-off myself. I'm not sure if the leaders know exactly what direction the plan on taking the company or how they want to get there."

"The company has many positives but being a startup there are many growing pains. A company that is in a very untapped market."
