"The company has been absorbed in to a larger conglomerate (Compass Group), but while working at this smaller company (50 - 100 employees), I enjoyed the familial setting that comes with the 'mom and pop' corporation, growing my department from nothing to everything. After the purchase, there was a lot of chaos as there normally is with any corporate acquisition, but I adapted well and my numbers show that my practices shined when compared to the regional standards."
