"Everyone was helpful for the first two weeks than everything went downhill as no one really wants to help you succeed in your work."

"None, thought this was a great company to for as an starting technician but I was wrong. Only good for experience workers who can get the job done."
What don't you like about working at Gosiger?
"The Senior Technicians were not professional and rude to apprentice. Disregarding that apprentice and Senior tech should be treated with professionalism. Senior technician thinks apprentice are dumb and can't do anything so they push them aside."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a better understanding on what is happening in the field where your workers work. Chances are, if someone is not understanding the material, there is someone who is not teaching correctly."
