"The hanger looks good from the distance, very professional. But everything on the inside sucks. The interiors supervisor is very cynical, uneducated, and just downright an idiot. Just about everyone in management is related. Please do not work here! If they even hire you."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I wouldn't apply there as a 3D designer; however, the solidworks design process utilized by the Design Department would be well worth applying for."

What don't you like about working at Gore Design Completions?

"The lack of realization that as of 2007, they are not a mom and pop organization any longer and need an IT department to support the new high-end software in engineering as well as Design and to have grasp on the network overload that now supports 700 people and not the 250 of two years ago."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Kathy Gore-Walker is an outstanding person and leader and I was lucky to have known her for several years and to have worked for her for a year and half. I have no doubt that eventually she will see the need and make the necessary adjustments for the betterment of the company."

"The only reason that I worked there was that I was a contractor and the pay was good. Little did I know that it was a terrible place to work. A sweatshop environment."

"Besides the fact that a massive amount of radioactive material is buried beneath the building I was working in, our supervisor hates contractors, need I say more!"

"Get all new management!"
