"The company had excellent training and processes in place, however my they had a very toxic work environment. This was a heavy recruiting, high turnover, typical sales environment. I learned a TON from my superiors, but it helped me realize that I have heart more for people and that goes above my sales targets. I wasn't willing to compromise who I was to be successful in the career any longer."

"I have been working with Goosehead Insurance since June 2020. Great company, but 80% of my clients are work from home. Our sales model is to establish, and foster relationships with mortgage bankers in their offices. All of the bankers are work from home, so our model is failing for the time being."

"Goosehead Insurance is an interesting place to work. It is a call center, first and foremost. If you are ready to be on the phone for 6-8 hours a day it might be the job for you. It is very stable and you can count on your job being there for you if you do what you are told. However, it is a grind and you will work long hours (either early, late, or through lunch. Bonus's can make you a lot of money but it is hard to consistently get them. The managers are nice and you'll like your coworkers. The pay could be more for the work you do. It is fast paced and there aren't many breaks at all. Burn out happens to most who work there."
