"This is a garbage company run by awful people. The general manager is blatantly abusive. He will mock you relentlessly and accuse you of lying when you’ve done absolutely nothing. He will harass you outside of work and discriminate against you for your ethnicity and religion. And if you don’t go along with it, he’ll tell the entire company that you have a bad attitude and they should be upset with you. Of course, god help you if you make fun of HIM, or if you refuse to go along with his abuse, because that’s disrespectful. Of course boundaries and basic decency only matter when it benefits him. The amount of blatantly awful and flagrantly illegal things he does is shocking. He repeatedly says that all the techs are idiots and that the money they make is his money. He once tazed an employee. He physically assaulted a different employee. He drove another employee to quitting and then bragged about it. He caused another employee to have a complete mental breakdown. I would say that the CEO is a great guy, but I don’t see how he could let all of the above continue if that’s the case. The amount of politics and office favoritism is literally shocking. Management makes it very clear who their favorites are and they are allowed to do whatever they want with impunity. I’d argue this is probably one of the worst places to work in the entire industry. If you get offered a job here, run. Anywhere else will pay better and treat you with more respect."
