"Gold's wasn't the greatest company to work for but the facility and clients were great."

What do you like about working at Gold's Gym?

"I really liked the facility, tons of equipment to work with. The job itself was a lot of fun."

What don't you like about working at Gold's Gym?

"They seemed to be much more interested in making money than taking care of their employees. They were always pushing us to make sales but only gave us 3-5% of the commision. Also, it was hard to get enough clients. Most of the trainers were unhappy with the number of clients that they had, yet Gold's would just continue to hire more and more trainers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure there is enough work for the trainers to do in order to make a decent salary."
