"I started interning at GoldenComm in October 2016 doing QA work. While I was interning, the company recommended I take a coding boot camp course, which I successfully completed. Since then I have continued doing QA work and have done some project management. While I enjoy the people I work with, I do not feel like I have the ability to grow as developer which is what I am more interested in developer. I believe this will be opportunity to grow and enhance my coding skills."
