"Students often didn't care about the material. They simply took the course as a requirement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have little idea how to change their management. It was very well run and my supervisor was a terrific individual. He knew exactly what he was doing."

"The pace and flow. Things are not laid back, but they certainly aren't fast paced."

"More hands on. More direct conversations with the administrators and other faculty."

"The position was on a educational funding budget. Once funding was not available the hours I worked was shorten."
