"Not much to like about the company. Promised training never happened. Very cheap employer.... it's their bottom line, not yours, they worry about."

"Be prepared for a short career here. Once you get a job here, keep looking for work elsewhere because you are going to need it. This company eats through employees and spits them out used up and exhausted faster than any other company I have ever seen,"

What don't you like about working at Golden Living Center?

"The stress level was horrible. Everyone feared for their jobs. Training was pathetic. Classic set-up for failure. Saw many good people destroyed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't short-staff your facilities. You end up paying so much more in retraining, low accreditation marks, and well earned fines if you were willing to put more people on the floors and in the offices... and then spend the time really training them."
