3 The company has aggressive sales expectations of agents. They will promise anything they can to motivate agents to cover overtime, especially during Annual Enrollment Period. Many failed promises made across all sales team verticals, causing high turnover and frustrated culture. If you are looking for the role as-is and understand the role is going to most likely be static, then you won't have your career-advancing dreams crushed.

4.2 The position of a Sr Benefits Consultant can be very profitable during the annual enrollment period and open enrollment period, however by the end of February there aren't many opportunities to talk to customers and close deals. I do enjoy all the spiffs and promotions the company puts out to incentivize its employees, however right now we are finding ourselves just sitting waiting for leads to come in. This is a good job between October and February, and you can make a lot of money.
