"Go Grocer is a great place to shop! You will have an amazing experience as a customer. As an employee, you might feel it's run using an archaic leadership style since it is a family-owned business. There are no benefits (i.e. health insurance, paid time off, paid sick leave). The schedule has been flexible and I have good communication with the owners. The culture is not very positive but can be ok if you don't take things personally."
