"The management obviously does not trust their employees skills and talents. There's too much micromanagement going on. Even on the time ins and outs of the employees are a big deal. If you come in late, you'll be interrogated by your manager. If you will leave early, you'll be asked for a valid reason, as if going home on time is wrong. They control their employees too much to the point of robbing them of their freedom and rights as an employee."
