What don't you like about working at GlobeCast?
"They don't value education or the college graduate, they have no money to pay to keep employees for more than 2 years, they have restructured 5 times in the two years I have been in existence to them. They have been financially bailed out more than I can count. They are in danger of violating SOX 302 and 404."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a college degree, learn why college makes you a better manager versus learning it throught he school of hardknocks. Being a butthead doesn't always get results. Using fear in the work place is counter productive. Stop wasting money!!!"
