As my first full time job I learned an incredible amount about manufacturing, and the process that goes into making everything operate smoothly. If you are wondering how something is made down the line from the beginning to end this is a great place to start. It also allows you to see how every job is done from manager, to engineer, to operators, everything is very transparent in how it is done."
