"I worked with Global Voicecom since 2004 after moving from an overseas sister company, the environment is so friendly although there is no overtime but they offer flexible working hours to overcome it. There is a lot of hardware to get hands on and gain experience of. Plus the experience of wholesale traffic, Least Cost Routing management. Also gained managerial experience by acting as higher escalation level for Network Operation Center and Customer Service, also providing Reports for CTO."
