"Good pay / bad work environment. Since I have worked here they have laid off 1/4 of the work force. The company is 30 years old but most employees have only been there for a few years. They verbalize or IM all their tasks (which are many) and they tend to get lost in the shuffle. They wonder why some things are not getting done. What they need to do is have a procedure for requesting tasks, assign a priority to the task and have it written down so that everyone knows what needs to be done."
