"It's a small, family-run company. The work environment is not stressful and the people (about 15) were always nice and courteous. The only issue was that in their business of consumer appliances there was little profit margin and this company had to lay people off. In such a small company it was hard for them to justify an engineer's salary. In particular, all their products are made in China so you end up doing what I call "engineering by proxy" or engineering by email. It's an OK place."
