"I have worked at GTL for 6 1/2 years. I started in Technical Support and moved to Quality Assurance. The company has been great about helping us move from working in the office to working at home. More work is added to your workload, including those for higher-up positions, but the pay and the title are not given when the workload increases."

"The one thing I didnt like about PCS was the fact that they really didnt provide a lot of training for my role, it was kind of like you learn as you go. I was fine with that."
