You will help customers remotely to solve Helpdesk 1 & 2 scenarios. One fun part of the experience at Global IP networks is the colocation assistance we provide our customers. This includes almost anything in the data center and it will allow you to get experience with various technologies. You can gain some experience with the command line, install operating systems, and some linux work."
