"I was paid well, treated well, and received fair-to-good opportunities for promotion. The products were good, too, but they were over-priced."

"Management can be a little formal and stuffy, but they're good people. Pretty straight-shooters."

"The periodic lay-offs. AT&T couldn't control their overheads/expenses."

"Find yourselves a good CEO with some (but not too much) vision."

"Best be ready for a lot of change and be very flexible."

"Excessive change, even when it is not broken."

"Recommend cultivating those with experience rather than reorganizing top talent out when they have been on board for 6+ years, definitely out by 11 years or are over 50, really unnecessarily losing good talent with current HR direction."

"The location is the only thing good about this place."

"Yes, Don't go. Keep looking for other opportunities elsewhere."

"Pretty much everything. Their mid management was a complete joke and completely unqualified to lead any sort of team. Their current senior management is no better. I am baffled that these people are leading a company of any size at all. They have absolutely no vision for the future development of this company at all and even if they did, are incapable of simple business practices to manage it."

"Hire people with the skill set and vision to grow this business and do away with multI level marketing side businesses your executive staff tries to push on all of the employees."

"Management at the top was great, but not in touch with the absolutely terrible job and behavior of many middle and lower level management people who caused local office environments to be miserable at best."

"Teach middle lower management to treat people with respect, kindness and support. Most don't understand that effective leadership cannot be compelled; it must be earned."
