Glenair Employee

"Glenair does not provide 401K for its employees, which is a negative thing since it's been in business for over 50 years. Work environment is good. The company gives out monthly bonus to employees after a year of working at Glenair. Medical plan is good. Working hours are not flexible but working environment is great... no stress. If you plan to contribute monthly pay to 401K for your retirement then this is not the company you want to work for, but if this is something you do not care, then it is a good company to hang in."
