"I’ve worked at Glanbia for 7 years. It is a great company with an inspiring purpose. I personally love it. Glanbia is experiencing strong growth and with that comes many opportunities for personal development which are great. The company runs tight on people. This provides some job security, but with so much growth, there is more to do than the staff can handle. This makes work life balance difficult to achieve."
